The Practice Room provides structured and focused practice time twice a week with immediate Q&A to follow.

• $20 ($2.50 a session)

• Thursdays and Sundays, October 1st-25th

• 1:30-2:15pm (PST)

The class schedule

• 0-5min, state your practice plan

• 5-20min, practice topic #1

• 20-35min, practice topic #2 

• 35-45min, discussion and Q+A

Here's what it will look like

1. You arrive in a zoom meeting just like one of my regular course classes. 

2. One by one we will state out loud two distinct topics that we intend to practice for 15min each. 

3. We all mute our microphones.

4. I will place a 15min timer on the screen and we'll practice our first topic for 15min.

5. I will reset the timer and we will practice our second topic for 15min. 

6. For the last 10 minutes you are welcome to ask me questions and/or share realizations you had during your practice session.
